Oatmeal and Apple Pancakes
Suitable for: Stage IV or pre-dialysis patients, dialysis patients, and diabetics

Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal (50g)
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 apple
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
- Wash the apple well and grate it, without peeling it. Set aside.
- Add the egg, milk, and cinnamon and mix it into the previous mixture (apple).
- Finally, add the oats to the previous mixture and blend with a hand blender.
- Place a nonstick skillet over the heat with a drizzle of olive oil and let it heat up.
- Place the dough in the skillet and cook for about 1 minute on one side. Then, using a spatula, flip it over and cook for another minute on the other side.
