Delicious tuna burgers

Ingredients
4 cans of canned tuna (340g drained weight)
3 egg whites (120g)
8 level dessert spoons of cornstarch (powder) (40g)
4 garlic cloves (12g)
Red bell pepper (120g)
Arugula (120g)
5 tablespoons of olive oil (35ml)
5 tablespoons of vinegar (40ml)
Preparation
- Remove the tuna from the can and drain well. Mince the garlic. Remove the seeds and white parts from the pepper and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the arugula.
- Mix the tuna, egg white, vegetables, cornstarch, and vinegar in a bowl until well combined. Be careful not to add salt.
- Fry the burgers in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil until golden brown.
- Serve with 1 bun or a side of rice or pasta. Mix and enjoy.
