Ingredients
Wheat flour (40g)
Corn starch (40g)
Pasteurized whole egg (40g)
Semi-skimmed milk (400ml)
Olive oil (60g)

Chicken breast (300g)
Lettuce (80g)
Onion (40g)
Natural yogurt (200g)
Herbs and spices to taste
Preparation
- Mix the wheat flour, cornstarch, egg, and milk until you get a dough with the desired consistency. Cook the wrap in a previously greased frying pan.
- Cut the chicken breast into julienne strips, season with herbs and spices to taste. Sear the meat in a frying pan with olive oil.
- Prepare the lettuce and cut into julienne strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin half-moons.
- Fill the wrap with the chicken and vegetables. Finish with yogurt.
