Ingredients

  • Wheat flour (40g)

  • Corn starch (40g)

  • Pasteurized whole egg (40g)

  • Semi-skimmed milk (400ml)

  • Olive oil (60g)

  • Filling
  • Chicken breast (300g)

  • Lettuce (80g)

  • Onion (40g)

  • Natural yogurt (200g)

  • Herbs and spices to taste

Preparation

  • Mix the wheat flour, cornstarch, egg, and milk until you get a dough with the desired consistency. Cook the wrap in a previously greased frying pan.
  • Cut the chicken breast into julienne strips, season with herbs and spices to taste. Sear the meat in a frying pan with olive oil.
  • Prepare the lettuce and cut into julienne strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin half-moons.
  • Fill the wrap with the chicken and vegetables. Finish with yogurt.
