About DaVita Culture

DaVita consistently sets itself apart from other kidney care providers and exceeds the national average in the United States in terms of clinical outcomes.

Our clinical outcomes for dialysis have improved year after year, and we are leaders in many important dialysis quality indicators. Since DaVita began in 1999, we have been developing programmes to enrich the lives of those in our communities – and by creating programmes for our patients and teammates, we have found that goodwill has spread to our families and around the world. First and foremost, we are a community, and only secondarily a company. We are a community that happens to be organised as a company.
